Scope of GA Programs
Grand Athletics (“GA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) organizes, presents, and manages multiple programs and events, including competitions, series, clinics, and one-off events (“Programs”).
These Terms & Conditions apply to your interaction with the GA website, digital content, communications, and participation in GA Programs, whether online, on-site, or at the event itself.
Event Registration and Waivers
Registration for GA Programs may occur online, on-site, or at the event. Participants must provide accurate information, including legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
Submitting false or misleading information may result in rejection or disqualification. Participation in Programs requires agreement to any applicable waivers and event rules, executed digitally or in-person at registration or at the event.
Fees, refunds, and transfers are governed by event-specific policies.
Use of GA Materials
All content on the GA website, including logos, images, videos, graphics, text, schedules, results, and promotional materials, is owned by GA or used with permission.

Spectators, coaches, volunteers, and other non-participants also attend Programs at their own risk.

Participants and visitors must comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, and GA policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from Programs or the website and denial of future participation.

GA provides information and content “as is” without warranties of any kind. GA does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or completeness of website content or program information.
GA is not liable for lost data, missed registrations, technical errors, or reliance on inaccurate information.
